The room with hot tub.

The room is really nicely kept and even comes with a hot tub 🛁. The hotel staff are super helpful and know their stuff. The location is top-notch - close to shopping malls, plenty of attractions, the highway, and lots of restaurants around.

Very friendly and comfy beds.....clean!

A little expensive compared to suites across the street. We had relatives staying at Comfort Inn and they paid $99 a night and we were $50.00 more. Only complaint I have

Affordable hotel in a great area not far from malls, restaurants and movie theater, other possible attractions and the mall / movie theater. Reasonably spacious and impressive rooms with comfortable design. Marvellous and unbeatable location, within walking distance of everywhere.

The room with a hot tub was well-maintained and had a lovely appearance, located in a nice building in a great location in the Lansing area.

The room was very nice, if the teens wouldn't have been there or have been respectful then it would have been a pleasant stay.

The teens staying were rude and up all night. Had to call desk twice in the middle of the night. So much for a good nights sleep!

The staff was really friendly and really went the extra mile. Jim at the front desk checked us into the hotel and also gave us a call to make sure our room was suitable and up to our standards.

Recently renovated room with a King bed. Room equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Convenient location near the interstate, restaurants, downtown, shopping mall, and movie theater.

Everything but the price.

$180 a night is too high. We loved the hotel overall but can't afford revisiting.

No one thing, was particularly special.

There was no ice on the individual floors. Had to go down to the desk to get ice. Very inconvenient!

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites Lansing West. The hotel was in great condition and seemed quite new. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The location was convenient, just off the interstate, with plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast, although basic, had enough variety to satisfy my needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The staff was helpful, courteous and had a fantastic attitude, particularly Jim. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, had a microwave and small frig which is nice. The breakfast was beyond the typical continental and included two hot entree choices in addition to the standard waffle. The scrambled eggs were excellent.

The rooms here are a good size and come with a hot tub - nice touch! The staff is friendly and excellent. Breakfast is satisfactory and the food is really good. Plus, it's in a great location near Saint David's Church - perfect for sightseeing! 🏛️

Everything, 3 things i personally look for in a good quality hotel is cleanliness, well maintained furnishings and good staff, this hotel exceeded all of my expectations and more. staff were so friendly and beds were so comfy
